Ivoclar Vivadent presents a new database system called IvoBase prosthesis. This new system allows dental technicians to create tissue prosthesis used with high accuracy, fully automated method of working.

IvoBase system is designed for the manufacture of complete and partial dentures in conventional and implant prostheses. Can also be used for relining and occlusal splints. The material is processed in a simple tidy. The need for the polymerization water bath was removed, which means that no more water vapor in the laboratory.

Cutting edge design
Injection molding technology and specially designed PMMA resins are the cornerstones of IvoBase system. These components have been designed in a complementary manner and are fully coordinated. Injection molding and polymerization was carried out by the injector in an automated process. Material’s chemical shrinkage completely compensated during the polymerization process due to the thermal management of the flask and patented heating system. This allows the fabrication of denture bases high precision offered unparalleled accuracy of form.

maximized benefits
Base materials for dentures consisting IvoBase self-curing polymers based on PMMA, which combine the advantages of heat-resins and self-curing. IvoBase is available in two pre-dosed versions: hybrid IvoBase IvoBase High Impact. IvoBase hybrid is suitable for universal use in removable prosthetics. IvoBase high impact is especially designed for high load dentures, for example, in the implant prosthesis.RMR function (reduction of residual monomer) reduces the amount of residual monomer below one percent, which provides the basis IvoBase denture with a combination of high gloss and exceptional wear comfort.
